Before shipping your timepiece, you must phone or e-mail me to ensure I can satisfy your needs. If I accept your timepiece for repair, I will provide you the shipping address and a job number that must appear on the outside of your parcel.
During this FREE Consultation, we will discuss packaging needs. In general, you are responsible for common-sense packaging. The timepiece will be returned to you after repair, in the same packaging that you used to ship to me. Shipping of these type items are routinely done well, so don’t be afraid (please). You need to insure your package for its repaired value, since I will insure it for the same amount that you have insured it, when shipping it to me. My shipping charge to you is typically in the $50 to $65 range for clocks, and $10 to 20 for watches.
Shipping via United States Post Office ("If it fits, it ships" boxes) or United Parcel are preferred carriers in my area (FedEx with my approval)
